Launch at site: After all detailed designs, we finally start the process of execution at site. This is actually the most fun part of the site when we see the designs come to life. Quality control check: Once the execution starts, the work needs to be closely looked after for exact following of drawings at site. We periodically visit sites with contractors and clients to carry on the work smoothly. Snag List: After handover when you start living in your fully- designed home, it is not unusual for small snags to crop- up. We therefore take up the snag list to send our snag team over and resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Layout Planning: 2D layouts are mostly outlines and drawing required for technical purposes at site. One of the crucial layouts are Furniture Layouts required for clients approval. These layouts also include all MEP drawings and other elevations for detailing. 3D Visualization: Design Intent refers to designs and drawings prepared by our team that convey the fundamental and intrinsic details of the project. 3D designs give the full look of how the space turns out after execution. Materials Selection: To streamline and simplify the selection process, we assemble all the material samples for you in our office so that all materials and finishes may be reviewed simultaneously. This process enables you to visualize how multiple elements will integrate and eventually lends to a more cohesive and harmonious design.
